The first is an fantasy Imp creature made out of 500 triangles using a 128 x 128 texture for an online game. I was also asked to create two pieces of medieval furniture with a budget of just under 200 triangles for each and both using the same 128 x 128 texture for the furniture.
The second challenge was to create a building with store fronts/props out of around 5000 polys, mines worked out at 5029 polys/triangles. The texture budget was one diffuse at 1024 x 1024, one specular at 1024 x 1024 and an opacity at 1024x1024. I have broken these down to 4 diffuse textures at 512 x 512 matching with the specular and have on opacity map at 512x512.
